Job Description
Reporting to the Expansion Manager, the Expansion Supervisor will identify and recommend potential sites (commercial spaces, vacant lots, developments), coordinate with agents and brokers, conduct site studies and competitor/price validation, handle permits (business, health, fire, COR, POS, signage, etc.), manage records and documentation, assist technical teams with site measurements, monitor leases and payments, manage lessor relationships, and support marketing initiatives. Full-time. Salary from Php35,00/month. Benefits: health insurance, life insurance, paid tolls. Education: Bachelor’s preferred. Experience: 3 years in retail construction/expansion preferred. Work location: In person.
