Job Description
Degree holder in any course. Hausland Estate Management Inc. seeks a full-time Property Management Officer to facilitate NFI, re-inspection, turnovers and move-ins; prepare project site reports; coordinate unit concerns with developers and enforce Deeds of Restrictions; conduct regular site inspections and arrange repairs, materials, and inventory; supervise maintenance and security teams and monitor daily maintenance accomplishments; manage phone calls, emails and correspondence; accept dues and fees; and perform tasks assigned by supervisors. Benefits include paid training and pay raises. Work location: in person.
