Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Accounting Officer to join our team at Hausland Urban Estates. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management, or any business-related courses, with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Qualifications:
- Trustworthy and highly organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Willing to start immediately
Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing and customer communications
- Monitor overdue invoices and facilitate collection processes
- Prepare check requests for overpayments
- Conduct monthly A/R meetings and manage customer accounts
Location: Angeles City, Pampanga. Reliable commute or relocation preferred.
