Job Description
Join HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc. as a Field Collector performing door-to-door client visits to recover outstanding payments. You will plan recovery actions, negotiate payoffs or installment plans, answer balance queries and complaints, and meet company recovery targets. Ideal candidates have their own transport (motorcycle, bicycle, e-bike, car), strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, and at least a High School diploma or Grade 10 completion.
