Job Description
As a Field Collector at HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc., you will perform door-to-door client visits to recover outstanding payments, plan recovery actions, negotiate payoffs or payment plans, and handle client inquiries and complaints. Meet company recovery targets and report results promptly. Requirements include reliable means for field travel (motorcycle, bicycle, e-bike, car), strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, and minimum education of High School graduate or Grade 10 completion. Benefits: mobility subsidy, performance bonuses, HMO after three months, birthday and wellness leave, paid training, and opportunity for promotion. Full-time, in-person position with direct hire and regular employment.
