Job Description
We seek a proactive Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition and employer branding. You will design sourcing strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment, oversee applicant tracking, build relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Requirements: 5+ years recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management, data-driven approach, knowledge of ATS and labor law, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include workforce planning, reporting recruitment KPIs, mentoring recruiters, and improving hiring processes. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and champions diversity and inclusion initiatives.
