Job Description

Head Hunter seeks Lead Generation Specialist to own outbound: email sequences, lead sourcing/enrichment, HubSpot CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and coordinate with BDRs and Sales Director. You’ll train a Rev Ops Executive and optimize Apollo, Instantly, Clay. Requirements: 2+ years in revenue/sales ops or demand gen, outreach tool expertise, strong CRM skills, data-driven, excellent English, leadership, self-starter. Compensation ₱68,705–₱103,058/mo plus placement bonus; remote, flexible schedule, extra leave, promotion path.
