Job Description

Helpware is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. The candidate must focus on providing exceptional customer experiences and be confident in making quick, accurate decisions. Primary responsibilities include answering queries via phone, email, and chat, assisting with purchases, and facilitating returns/exchanges.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2+ years of experience in a call center, and excellent communication skills. Candidates must be willing to work from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. MST and be at least 18 years old.
