Job Description
Hewtech Philippines Corporation seeks a Production Line Leader. College graduate with at least 2 years’ experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting and background in quality control. You will manage production personnel and schedules, maintain facility organization and cleanliness, operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, and ensure production complies with ISO and written procedures. Develop leadership, boost team morale, manage performance, uphold quality standards, and enforce safety protocols. Oversee and coordinate team activities to meet production goals. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
