Job Description
We are seeking a professional Reservations Agent to manage bookings, respond to guest inquiries, and coordinate with front desk and housekeeping. Responsibilities include handling phone and email reservations, updating booking systems, processing payments, and ensuring accurate guest information. Ideal candidates have excellent communication, attention to detail, and experience with reservation and CRM software. Must be able to work flexible shifts, solve problems quickly, and maintain a friendly, service-oriented attitude. A high school diploma and 1+ year in hospitality or travel preferred. Strong English language skills and basic computer proficiency required.
