Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our AI SaaS platform team to deliver exceptional user support, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers through onboarding and feature use.
Responsibilities: respond to user inquiries, reproduce and escalate bugs, create help content, collaborate with product and engineering, and monitor customer feedback for improvement.
Qualifications: 1+ year in SaaS support, strong written and verbal English, basic technical troubleshooting, empathy, and familiarity with AI concepts. Experience with helpdesk tools preferred.
