Job Description
We are hiring a Production Executive Assistant to support the production executive in planning and executing film, TV, and commercial projects. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules and meetings, managing production documentation and budgets, liaising with internal teams and external vendors, tracking deadlines, preparing reports and minutes, and assisting on set when required. The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in media, communications, or business, has 1–3 years of production or administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure with occasional travel or long hours.
