We are seeking a meticulous Fleet Operations Bookkeeper to manage financial records for vehicle fleets, process invoices and fuel expenses, reconcile accounts, track maintenance costs, and support fleet budgeting. The ideal candidate has bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or similar), strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with operations and vendors. Responsibilities include posting transactions, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and assisting month-end closes. Good communication, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude are essential. This full-time role offers growth within our transport operations team.
