Job Description
We are hiring a CRO & E-Commerce Optimization Manager to improve online conversion rates and revenue across all e-commerce channels. You will design and run A/B tests, analyze funnel data, optimize product pages and checkout flows, implement personalization, and collaborate with marketing, UX and engineering to prioritize experiments. Key responsibilities include defining KPIs, maintaining testing roadmaps, and translating insights into product changes. Requirements: 3+ years in CRO/e-commerce optimization, strong analytics skills (GA4, experimentation tools, heatmaps), familiarity with SQL, and proven impact on conversion, AOV or LTV.
