Job Description
Join HireHawk as a full-time, remote Candidate Screening Specialist (PST schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM). You will review applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate fit to ensure qualified applicants advance. Collaborate with Recruiters to maintain an efficient hiring pipeline while applying strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical judgment. Requirements: minimum 1 year screening or recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS/CRM, excellent verbal and written communication, multitasking ability, accuracy, and capacity to meet targets in fast-paced environments. Compensation: $600–$1,00 USD/month (dependent on experience).
