Job Description
As Assistant Store Manager at HLA Philippines, you will ensure an exceptional in-store customer experience by advising on apparel, promoting sales, and maintaining store presentation. Support the Store Manager with daily operations, team leadership, sales target achievement, report preparation, and store meetings. Candidates should hold a 4-year degree, have 1–2 years’ assistant store manager experience in retail/apparel, strong customer service and communication skills, a team-oriented attitude, and flexibility in schedule and location. This is a full-time, on-site role. Pay from Php19,00/month; final basic salary negotiable during the interview.
