Job Description
We are seeking a Recruiting Talent Specialist to attract and hire top talent. You will manage full-cycle recruitment: source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain the ATS. You’ll develop employer branding, build talent pipelines, and track recruiting metrics to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with sourcing tools and HR systems. A proactive, organized approach and ability to work with multiple stakeholders are essential.
