Job Description
Join our team at HMWS Inc. as an Accounting Staff member! In this full-time position, you will be responsible for various accounts payable tasks including checking the accuracy of invoices, processing them, and matching invoices with purchase orders. You will also handle employee expense claims, maintain the vendor database, and perform reconciliations. Communication is key, as you will be the first point of contact with debtors regarding invoice payment.
We seek candidates with a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Familiarity with Excel and Xero is essential.
