Job Description
As part of our growth, Home Credit is seeking a Payments Operator to join our team in Quezon City. Your responsibilities will include daily Transaction Level Reconciliation, processing ADA Enrollment forms, and resolving escalated concerns. You will also handle payment advisories and serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Payments and Disbursement.
Ideal candidates have a background in Collections/Payments and comply with AMLA, DPA, and regulatory requirements.
