Job Description
Join Honda Phil as a Service Advisor. Candidates should be graduates in Engineering, Automotive Technology or related fields, preferably with automotive servicing experience. Must understand car preventive maintenance, general repairs and diagnostics, be customer-focused with excellent interpersonal, verbal and nonverbal communication skills, and able to multitask under pressure. Valid driver’s license for 4-wheel vehicles required. Responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing cost estimates and job orders, providing service updates, explaining work and resolving complaints. The role requires meeting monthly aftersales targets and maintaining dealership service standards.
