Job Description
HOTBOX PHILIPPINES seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee and manage production to meet company goals. You will coordinate cross-departmentally to set objectives, establish production roadmaps, assess feasibility, and approve plans. Develop efficient workflow policies and timelines without compromising safety or quality; set standards and implementation guidelines; conduct performance evaluations; ensure production KPIs are met and report status to senior management. Support inventory monitoring for raw material availability, streamline end-to-end processes from purchasing to sales, and assist R&D with new process development. Full-time, on-site.
