Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

• Assist in the preparation and routing of non-food Purchase Orders.
• Monitor delivery of goods and coordinate with relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate vendor price files and product descriptions.
• Conduct supplier payment status follow-ups.
• Support purchasing functions and assist in inventory control.

Qualifications:

• 4-year college degree.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
