Job Description
HR Primo Management Services is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources (HR) Director to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will be data-driven and analytical, implementing HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture and support talent development.
Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred) and 8–10+ years of HR leadership experience are required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php70,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month | Schedule: 8-hour shift | Work Location: In person
