Job Description

The Vice President will lead governance, risk and control frameworks and drive organizational change across functions. Responsibilities include designing and implementing compliance programs, monitoring internal controls, advising senior leadership on governance policies, and overseeing change management initiatives. The role requires 10+ years in governance or risk, strong stakeholder management, regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership in complex transformations. Candidates should hold a relevant degree and certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, or similar). Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills are essential.
