Job Description
We are hiring an AVP Operations to lead day-to-day operational excellence, streamline processes, and manage cross-functional teams to meet service, quality and compliance targets. The role includes developing operational strategies, monitoring KPIs, overseeing budgets, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Candidate should have 7+ years in operations leadership, strong analytical and project-management skills, proven people-management ability, and excellent communication.
