Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Markets Operations to support trading and post-trade processes, oversee market reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize operational workflows. Responsibilities include coordinating with trading desks, managing settlements, monitoring risk and performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and supervising operational staff. Candidate should have 3+ years in markets operations, strong knowledge of securities, FX, or derivatives, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience with market systems and regulatory reporting. A degree in finance or related field and risk-aware mindset required.
