Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager Operations to support daily operational management, optimize workflows, and ensure consistent service delivery. You will supervise front-line teams, implement and enforce SOPs, monitor KPIs, manage vendor relationships, coordinate cross-functional projects, control operational budgets, and prepare performance reports for senior management. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in operations or logistics, strong leadership, communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.
