Job Description
Manager: Lead teams, set strategy, manage budgets and performance, mentor staff, and drive results. Requires 5+ years of leadership, strong communication and decision-making skills.
EQ TPM: Coordinate technical programs for equipment and production, define schedules, manage risks, align cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery quality. Engineering background and program management experience required.
