Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Accounting Control will oversee daily accounting operations, internal controls, and month-end close processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include supervising accounting staff, preparing reconciliations, supporting audits, implementing control improvements, and reporting financial variances. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, three to five years of supervisory experience, strong knowledge of GAAP, advanced Excel skills, and attention to detail. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and integrity are required.
