Job Description
A dynamic 12-18 month rotational programme at HSBC in Country that develops future banking leaders. Graduates rotate across Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Global Markets, Operations and Technology, working on real projects with formal training, mentorship and exposure to senior leaders. Ideal applicants are recent graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s), numerate, curious, team-oriented and eligible to work in the country.
