Job Description
HSY Consulting Services and Solutions seeks a Bookkeeping Specialist to maintain clients’ financial records in QuickBooks, process accounts payable and receivable, perform daily entries and reconciliations, prepare monthly reports, manage general ledger and subsidiary accounts, ensure legal compliance, and file historical records. Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor certificate. This full-time, permanent role welcomes fresh graduates. Salary Php18,00–Php22,00/month. Benefits include company events, promotion opportunities, pay raises, and conversion to permanent employment. Work location: in person. Strong attention to detail, knowledge of accounting procedures, and ability to advise management are required.
