Job Description
HV Architecture & Construction Services is seeking a skilled Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will plan and design buildings, ensuring that all project needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed construction plans.
- Present drawings for approval.
- Conduct feasibility studies and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Compile blueprints and construction reports.
- Analyze environmental impacts and mitigate risks.
- Assist in project scheduling and budgeting.
- Collaborate with construction managers for timely completion.
Requirements: Degree in Architecture, excellent communication, and project management skills.
Salary: Php12,00.00 – Php20,00.00/month. Benefits include flexible schedule and paid training.
