Job Description
We are hiring a customer service representative (BPO Agent) at HYPT Jobs PH to manage customer queries and complaints. In this role, you will process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across various communication channels. A calm demeanor is essential, especially when dealing with frustrated customers, and experience with computers is required.
Responsibilities include:
