Job Description
HYPT Jobs PH is seeking a dedicated Healthcare BPO Agent to provide exceptional customer service. In this role, you will manage customer queries and complaints, process orders and modifications, and escalate issues through various communication channels. A calm demeanor is essential when addressing customer frustrations, and proficiency with computers is required.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Communicate effectively through multiple channels.
- Process orders and keep accurate records of interactions.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to Php28,00.00/month
