Job Description
HYPT Jobs PH is seeking a dedicated and motivated Shipping & Logistics BPO Agent to join our team. You will manage customer queries and complaints related to shipping and logistics operations, process orders, and ensure a smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Acknowledge and process shipping requests.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate to enhance service delivery.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to Php28,00.00/month
