Job Description
The Real Estate Associate will generate leads, manage clients, market property listings, and close transactions for RE/MAX Signature. Responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants; sourcing, inspecting and marketing residential, commercial and investment listings; conducting viewings, preparing offers, negotiating terms and guiding clients from offer to closing; ensuring contract accuracy and CRM maintenance; and collaborating in training and team initiatives. This full-time position offers Php20,00–Php100,00/month, a flexible schedule, and field-based work. We seek a proactive, customer-focused professional who embodies integrity and excellence.
