Job Description
IMPACT Training & Consultancy Services is hiring a Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee finance processes, budgeting, billing, payroll accuracy, tax compliance and daily financial operations. You will analyze profitability, implement efficiencies, prepare reports, support audits and lead a small team with KPIs. Requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CFA preferred), 5+ years in accounting focused on disbursements, tax and compliance, advanced Excel/Sheets, strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, integrity and confidentiality. Full-time; hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 WFH) at Ortigas, Pasig City. Please indicate your expected salary when applying.
