Job Description
Join Imperial Kitchen Group Corporation as a Shift Manager in Nuvali, Santa Rosa City of Laguna (near Mandarin Sky). You will supervise servers, hosts and kitchen staff, ensure prompt courteous service, manage inventory and orders, resolve customer issues, maintain shift records (sales, labor, incidents), provide staff training, and collaborate with the General Manager. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 3 years in restaurant supervisory/management, strong leadership, customer service, inventory and cost-control skills, and flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays. Full-time, permanent role. Pay from Php25,300/month with paid training and opportunities for promotion.
