Job Description
We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team. Key responsibilities include developing reporting & analytics to optimize business performance, analyzing complex data, recommending process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will manage and develop Reporting Analysts, ensuring effective day-to-day production of analytics assets.
Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of experience in metrics development and analysis, a degree in business or finance, and proficiency in SQL and data visualization with Tableau. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
