Job Description
Lead and grow Mindanao sales for hardware, tools and construction. Manage and coach sales reps, assign coverage, meet targets, win new accounts and maintain major client relationships. Coordinate with logistics, finance and marketing and resolve customer issues. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing, 3–5 years regional sales leadership in hardware/tools/construction, proven team management, strong leadership, communication and negotiation, results-driven.
