Job Description
The Officer in Charge at Ingcoph Traders Inc. oversees daily retail operations of power tools and equipment, ensuring consistent policy execution, safety, and excellent customer service. You will lead staff, manage inventory and manpower, resolve customer issues, maintain store organization and merchandising, and drive monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; 6–12 months retail or supervisory experience; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in inventory management and customer service.
