Job Description
Position Summary:
Ingram Micro is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Associate to maintain Podio flow and system operations, ensuring on-time invoicing for all marketing activities. This role includes resolving Podio Helpdesk cases and coordinating contract-related concerns for various marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, agency partners, and program managers to facilitate successful marketing executions.
Supporting Actions:
– Manage the marketing platform effectively.
– Resolve and close marketing-related cases using established tools.
– Follow SLA and documented processes for case resolution.
– Provide proactive solutions for marketing function issues to meet support needs.
Shift Schedule: Night
Work Setup: Hybrid (10x a month RTO)
