Job Description
As a Dining Entertainment Specialist, you design and deliver live dining experiences that blend performance, atmosphere, and guest service. Responsibilities include planning themed shows, coordinating performers and servers, managing music and lighting cues, and ensuring smooth service flow. You will engage guests, adapt performances to audience response, and work closely with culinary and operations teams to align timing and safety. Qualifications: experience in hospitality or live entertainment, strong communication, basic stage management, ability to work evenings/weekends, and a customer-first attitude.
