Job Description
INKRITE INK REFILLING STATION seeks a full-time Sales Admin Officer to support our sales team. You will process orders, manage customer data in QuickBooks, generate invoices, compile sales reports, handle customer inquiries, and coordinate with marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries. Required: strong organization, attention to detail, MS Office & QuickBooks proficiency, good communication and customer-service skills, and ability to multitask. Salary Php25,00–Php30,00/month. Benefits: promotion opportunities, pay raises, and potential permanent employment. On-site role. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and team-focused to help meet sales targets.
