Job Description
We are hiring a Sped Teacher to provide 1:1 individualized academic tutoring and skill-building for children with autism or special needs. Follow learning plans from parents/therapists, support communication, behavior regulation, and social skills using positive reinforcement; maintain a calm, safe learning environment. Track progress and report to parents. Candidates should have experience with special needs and backgrounds in education, psychology, ABA, RBT, or childcare. Fixed-term (3 months). Benefits: on-site parking and staff meals. In-person.

- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- No Criminal Record
- Good Communication Skills
