Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology or related field
- At least 6 months experience in recruitment and timekeeping (HRIS, ERP); fresh graduates welcome
- Ability to create job postings using Canva
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Resourceful, analytic, creative, and detail-oriented
- Team player and willing to be trained
