Job Description
Lead and coach a client success team to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. You will manage onboarding, drive proactive account management, resolve escalations, and collaborate with sales, product, and support to improve customer outcomes. Responsible for setting team goals, tracking KPIs, mentoring staff, and implementing best practices. Requires 4+ years in customer success or account management with 1+ year in a leadership role, strong communication, data-driven decision making, and experience with CRM tools.
