Job Description
Join IPI as a Sales Secretary supporting Sales Representatives. You will process sales and purchase orders (Gen Trade, Diagnostics, Key Accounts, Generics), file reports, respond to emails and calls, assist sales and ensure product/service delivery, and act as liaison between salespeople and clients. Daily duties include creating FGR for VDU/stocks transfer, issuing memos, encoding attendance, preparing PUR entries and deductions, requesting Job Out for personalized orders, filing TPP/STA/PUR/Job Out documents, and monitoring bundling allocations. Requirements: college graduate, minimum 1 year clerical experience, data processing or bookkeeping skills. Full-time, on-site. Salary Php14,00–15,00; promotion to permanent employee.
