Job Description
We seek a Medical Claims Liaison Officer to manage claim submissions, coordinate with healthcare providers and insurers, and resolve billing discrepancies. You will review medical records, verify coverage, track claim status, and communicate updates to patients and stakeholders. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, coding (ICD-10/CPT), and insurance procedures required. Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical claims or billing, excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with claims management systems preferred. Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
