Job Description

We are hiring a Premium Telco Customer Service Representative to deliver personalized support to high-value subscribers across voice, data, and billing inquiries.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve escalations, troubleshoot service issues, manage complex billing cases, and update CRM records while meeting SLAs and NPS targets.

Qualifications: 1–2 years telco or customer service experience, strong verbal and written English, excellent problem-solving, familiarity with billing or ticketing systems, and flexibility for shift work.
